Standard includes 20 active teams with additional-team charges; Pro includes unlimited teams. Sport-specific statistics and integrations vary, so we confirm the fit for your club during onboarding.

Yes. We welcome clubs from India, Australia, Canada, the United States and Europe through dedicated onboarding. Choose your market to explore indicative subscription pricing, then book a walkthrough. We confirm your quote, timezone, currency and available member-payment options before you commit. Europe pricing is in euros; tell us your country so we can confirm the right setup. Self-service signup is not currently offered.

Standard brings your website, members, teams, payments and Telegram notifications together, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube feeds and the advertising board. Pro adds unlimited teams, Club AI, WhatsApp notifications, priority support and early access to new features. Premium realtime voice chat is in a limited Pro rollout; confirm availability for your club during onboarding. Both plans include personal onboarding and complimentary administrator support throughout your first full season. The UK Pro allowance includes 400 standard WhatsApp notifications each month; local allowances and top-ups are confirmed during international onboarding.

Standard includes 20 teams at £33.99/month. Each additional active team is £5/month, added automatically to your invoice. If you have many teams, Pro at £99/month is unlimited and may be cheaper — compare the full team count and included features when choosing.

Yes, in Standard and Pro. Club Pulse brings supported Facebook Page posts, Instagram Business or Creator posts and public YouTube uploads onto your club website. Admins preview synced posts and choose which connected accounts appear on the website. You will need access to eligible club accounts and the required provider permissions; we help with setup. Feeds refresh periodically. This is a website feed, not a tool for publishing posts out to your social accounts.

Premium realtime voice chat is in a limited rollout for selected Pro clubs. We confirm availability for your club during onboarding before you subscribe. Where enabled, Club AI lets you speak naturally, hear replies and switch to text in the same conversation. Ask about club information, fixtures and events, or get help with supported club tasks. Answers and actions follow the visitor, member or admin permissions of the person using it. Realtime voice requires activation, microphone permission and consent; usage limits apply. Standard does not include realtime voice. Ask us to demonstrate it during your walkthrough.

Telegram notifications are included in Standard and Pro. Pro also includes 400 standard WhatsApp notifications each month, with no separate WhatsApp subscription. Standard does not include WhatsApp. A standard notification to one recipient uses one of the allowance; promotional broadcasts use more. Extra usage requires a paid top-up. Activation, member opt-in and channel settings apply.

No. The advertising board and searchable business directory are included in Standard and Pro. Your admins manage listings, featured placements, links and member offers. You agree any advertising fees and collect payment directly with the business; ClubOS takes no advertising commission. Advertiser self-service checkout and click analytics are not included.

Yes. We review your existing website, member records, teams and payment setup with you, then agree what can be transferred and prepare ClubOS before the switch. Migration scope and launch timing depend on your current system and available exports. Personal onboarding is included, with no setup fee and complimentary administrator support throughout your first full season.

No coding is needed for everyday club administration. Your team can update website content, manage members, organise teams and track fees through the admin dashboard. Give volunteers access appropriate to their role, use ClubOS Coach guides and work directly with our support team during onboarding.

No. There is no setup fee on either plan, in any of our onboarding markets. Our team helps set up your club, guides your administrators and supports you through launch. Dedicated onboarding and complimentary administrator support throughout your first full season are included.

Yes, on both plans. Our onboarding team helps connect your existing domain when your ClubOS site is ready. Already have club email? Keep your existing email provider; connecting your website does not require moving your mailboxes. Domain registration and hosted email accounts are not included in the subscription.

Yes — we arrange a 14-day free trial through personal onboarding, with no card required. Book a walkthrough so we can agree your setup and trial start. Every club also receives direct onboarding and complimentary administrator support throughout its first full season on ClubOS, so you are never left to work it out alone.

ClubOS charges a fixed subscription with no ClubOS transaction commission on membership fees, match fees, shop sales or event tickets. Payment-provider charges still apply and vary by country, payment method and currency. We confirm the options available to your club during onboarding.

Yes. You can move between plans at any time once billing is live. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can cancel at any time through the secure Stripe billing portal. Select a cancellation reason and confirm; Stripe then shows the exact date your cancellation takes effect. Your club keeps full ClubOS access until the end of the current paid billing period and no further renewal payment is taken. Annual plans remain active until the paid annual period ends and are not automatically refunded, although exceptional refund requests can be reviewed by support. A scheduled cancellation can be resumed in Stripe before it completes.

Pilot clubs get the platform free while we partner closely on launch. We'll be in touch directly before any charges apply — your site stays live throughout.

We confirm the payment methods available for your club’s country and payment account during onboarding. Cards and supported digital wallets can be enabled where available; a country pricing option does not automatically activate local member-payment collection.
