- Cards
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported through Stripe Checkout. Wallet availability depends on the member’s device, browser and country, and the club’s Stripe settings. We confirm the options for your club during onboarding.
Payment details handled by Stripe
Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. ClubOS does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Your subscription covers ClubOS
ClubOS adds no transaction commission to member payments. Stripe or other payment-provider processing charges still apply and vary by country and payment method.
A clear record for the treasurer
When an online payment is confirmed, the linked ClubOS record is updated so your team can see what has been paid and what still needs attention.
What about Amazon Pay and other payment methods?
Amazon Pay is not currently enabled in ClubOS checkout. Stripe supports additional methods in eligible markets; we will confirm what is available for your club before setup.

Can we keep control of when match fees are assigned?
Yes. Review fees before publishing a squad, allocate them at publication or defer allocation until later. Draft selections create no charge, and existing paid charges are protected.
