1. How ClubOS uses cookies

ClubOS uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep the platform secure, remember sign-in state, protect onboarding flows, and support reliable service operation. We keep cookies limited to what is needed for the platform to work.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies include authentication tokens, refresh-session state, MFA or OAuth challenge state, onboarding invite state, and request-protection values. These are needed for secure login, tenant-aware access control, and safe onboarding.

3. Service provider cookies

Authentication, payment, email, and integration providers may set their own cookies when you use their hosted services, such as Cognito, Google sign-in, Stripe, or other configured integrations. Their cookies are controlled by those providers and are used to complete the requested service.

Our booking page embeds a scheduler from Cal.com so you can pick a time for a walkthrough. Loading it sets one cookie from cal.com, __cf_bm — a Cloudflare bot-management cookie that expires after about 30 minutes. It protects that scheduler from automated abuse and is not used for advertising or to track you across other websites. It is only set on the booking page; you can email us instead if you would rather not load the scheduler.

4. Analytics and advertising

We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking anywhere on ClubOS, which is why you have not been asked to accept a cookie banner: the only cookies involved are the ones needed to run the service and, on the booking page, the bot-protection cookie described in section 3. If product analytics are enabled in the future, they will be configured to measure reliability and product usage rather than advertising, and this policy will be updated before that happens.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, MFA, onboarding, tenant switching, and secure platform administration from working correctly.
